ATS Resume OS provides free online tools including ATS resume checking, job description matching, keyword extraction, resume building, and job application tracking. All tools are provided "as is" without guarantees of employment outcomes, interview success, or ATS pass rates at any specific employer.
ATS Resume OS does not provide legal, career coaching, or hiring advice. ATS scores and match percentages are compatibility estimates based on common parsing factors — not official employer assessments. Use results as guidance, not as definitive hiring predictions.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter or upload. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer our services. You may use ATS Resume OS for lawful personal job-search purposes only.
Resume files uploaded for analysis are parsed to generate results and deleted immediately afterward. We do not permanently store your resume content. Data saved in tools like Job Tracker and Score History is stored locally in your browser — see our Privacy Policy for details.
ATS Resume OS, its branding, design, and original content are owned by ATS Resume OS. You retain ownership of your resume content. Generated reports and exports are yours to use for personal job applications.
ATS Resume OS is currently free with no account required. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future. Core free functionality will remain accessible without requiring payment for features currently offered at no cost.
ATS Resume OS is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of our tools, including missed job opportunities, rejected applications, or data loss from clearing browser storage.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ATS Resume OS after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date on this page.
