ATS Resume OS collects minimal data to provide our services. We collect anonymous usage statistics such as the number of resumes analyzed and tools used. We do not collect your name, email, or any personal information unless you voluntarily provide it.
Your resume files are uploaded to our servers solely for parsing and analysis. Files are never permanently stored — they are deleted immediately after your results are generated. We do not retain, sell, or share your resume content.
We use your browser's local storage and IndexedDB to save ATS scores, job tracker entries, and optional resume version snapshots locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. You can clear this data at any time by clicking 'Clear Resume' in the status bar or clearing your browser data.
We use essential cookies only for basic website functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies. If we add Google Analytics in the future, we will update this policy and add a cookie consent banner.
ATS Resume OS does not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. We do not use advertising networks or data brokers.
